New Project Management Position Initiated
As one of the largest and fastest growing site management organizations (SMO) in the industry, Research Solutions is always seeking ways to improve our performance. We realize one of the most important factors in conducting a clinical research study is to successfully enroll in each and every study. Though we remain committed to quality performance on all studies, we are now offering premium services in the form of a dedicated Project Manager for those studies for which we have four or more sites participating.

As Project Manager, Kim Morrison will serve as the primary point person for the Sponsor/CRO. She will be responsible for coordinating all activities at the sites, including expedited regulatory and budget/contract turnaround. In addition, Kim will ensure all required site training is completed promptly, ensure all site initiation visits are scheduled and/or completed quickly, and will closely monitor enrollment once the study begins. Kim will be responsible for ensuring that we meet and exceed the goals for these studies and sites.

Kim will also be working closely with Bruce Trimble (recently promoted from business development to Director of Patient Recruitment and Communications) to tailor specific patient recruitment plans for each study and site.
We are confident that the singular focus of a Project Manager will ensure success of these important trials. We are proud to offer this unique service to our clients.

Developments in Business Development
Speaking of Business Development we are excited to welcome Drew Alexander to our department. Drew has been with our organization in the Patient Recruitment department for over a year and is familiar with our business and with the pharmaceutical industry.
Research Solutions is proud to announce that our sites were involved in over 500 studies for 2005! With over 95 sites in many different therapeutic areas, more and more sponsors and CRO's are coming back to us because they know we have qualified sites who will enroll successfully in their studies. Please give Casey, Bart or Drew a call today to receive more information on our specific sites and learn how we can assist with your next study!
